Apology is a big tool in the survival of any and every relationship. Not being able to apologise is a huge turn off for most and it has gone on to break many a happy union.

The words may be small but the effects are huge therefore it doesn't hurt to use it as often as it is required because it has the cooling effect of staving away war no wonder Lynn Johnson described apology as "...the superglue of life! It can repair just about anything!!".

When you hurt someone and realise you're wrong, don't just act sorry, say sorry. The inability to vocalise your feeling in this instance is synonymous to pride.

Pride has no place in love - if you are too proud to VOCALLY say "I am sorry" you have no business saying "i love you".
